The board to the market is irrelevant because of the quality of the resource. So what is the market waiting for? What will set this off? Will it be finance, off take agreements, etc.? Would a true expert please enlighten me as to what I have missed?

What about the 5,500,000 options that got converted on the 25th Jan 2017. Sprott ring a bell, or have I got it wrong
