Hi all,

Once again congrats on the board motion, we have some very proactive members here who have already proven more effective than some board members.

As some of you may be aware of, I have backed WW and management quite a bit since I talked to him. In my opinion, WW may be at best a harmless person, but definitely not adding barely any value to BGS and its shareholders, and therefore not deserve a valuable seat in the board.

I (together with 4 of my close friends) have decided to fully endorse the motion, and decided to put ~700k votes on yes to the motion, and we are looking forward to the new management team and the new era of BGS.
