I have seen these 249D notices before and all they are is a diversion created by a disgruntled shareholder.
The current management has done a great job in securing funding and a forward plan, there is no way we want to change to any of the current management especially Justin Peters.
Firstly there is no evidence yet the 249D is legit and if it is 5% holder then 95% will vote it down. In actual fact these notices are just Vexatious waste of time and money.
