The downside of public listing; there is always the potential for some nut to use the protective mechanisms that are part of ASX/ASIC legislative framework to pursue some crazy objective (bit like the shareholder that stands-up at the AGM and asks the CEO "when are you going to reveal your true intentions regarding the alien that you have captive in Warehouse 14?". Of course, there may be a legitimate "beef" that we aren't aware of; this process will get to the bottom of it. In the meantime (as everybody has observed) this is just static.
