I Hope you are right GB - I picked up 130,000 options a little while ago - happy to get more if it drops

But in general agree once the flaring comes into play this will be off. We have the funding to get us there so really this becomes about execution and whether the site is acceptable.

I think the fact that its an old mine site means that the initial environmental base line will be a low target and therefore after flaring I can't imagine too much trouble. Pure speculation, but as you say... It's a good bet.
