I thought they may not have disclosed identity as the notice comes from ASIC, not directly from the shareholder?
What I mean by that is maybe Lck don't yet know this persons identity.

Either way, perhaps checking validity of notice is to ensure this person or persons are shareholders with more than 5% ownership if company.

Looking at the Lck website under top 20 shareholders, only a couple groups can say they own more than 5%.

Even if a group of smaller shareholders got together the top two or three shareholders can vote this down without the rest of us lifting a finger given their voting power .
