ok lets cut a deal. instead of the rms electing two of their own, why not they elect you and me. We both don't hold.
As for creds and history, there had been few post in this thread that it will be there before the holders has to vote (I believe experience can be gained if one is willing and creds will follow and by the same logic a new grad can't fare worse than current mob)
