Those are my thoughts exactly.
Be better off making this a shell, getting decent directors on board with relevant experience and then starting fresh. At this market cap with some cash in the kitty its possible.
Cant pass judgement on the blokes who put themselves up for election but if they don't have relevant experience it seems pointless.
