The Company is seeking legal advice as to the validity of the Section 249D Notice, and will keep the market informed of all material developments concerning the requisition. Not sure how this is a step up from Old man King. As crap as he is, Wouldnt you put forward people who have experience in mining, running a mining company, exploration etc...
