Ann: Notice received under Section 249D of the Corporations Act, page-96

I've been involved in 1 stock with a 249d, didn't go into a th, looks like it's working out for the best now.
I follow Gpp for a couple of year now, it's like those dogs stocks, capital traps I've read about and I'm stuck in the bugger.
Was hoping to bail Thursday, but I'm in England so missed the th.
May I ask why we had a th then s request for a th? I'm a rookie and a tad confused.
Personally I'm bang up for a 249d if the applicants suitable.
As always enjoy reading posts on this thread.
My tomatoe project has gone south for this year, summer time here so a little to late to grow. Looking at going indoor hydro set up for the winter. Unfortunately you can't buy shares in my set up. Probs for the best really as it's pretty similar to gpp.
Maybe in the Duness of time I will try to grow something else, probably, definitely,maybe, no doubt intently
