does anyone have a current T20, it will be interesting to see how many T20 holders are not interested in toppling the board this will be clear in the RMs that have signed off on the 249D, as a normal thing only approximately 30% of holders vote and usually over 30% of the stock is held by the T20, to ensure the board is removed you need 50% of the votes plus 1 vote on the day to agree to the ousting of the board, IMHO if the 249D continues and is unsuccessful I feel this is where the problems will start, no outside investors will consider CLA a good buy as the uncertainty of whether or not there will be a continual problem between SHs and management, with no support from investors it would not be uncommon to see the SP slide right back, you all need to have a good think about whether this line of play is in the best interest of yourself and every action has consequences, some good and some bad, first thing I would be doing is checking the T20 and then the list of holders currently supporting the action, see what aligns
