Surely you can concede that something need to be done and no doubt these 'family members' as you say will give way to appointing new and more qualified members to sit on the board. I am dismayed that BB with 22 million shares has not taken much of an active interest in protecting his own investment.

The 249D signatories have my support and there are very many more shareholders that want to see some accountability from the board and it is clear that this has not been evident since the shelving of the project.

Again you should be able to concede that these 'family members' have stood up to be counted and the sole intention is the try and mitigate the millions that they have invested. It is a poison chalice for them especially when they get criticism for taking a stand in their own best interests.

Fortunately HC allows a platform for informed comment between shareholders and also those who are not shareholder's- "looking in from outside", but feel the need to add their 2 bob's worth.
