I've managed to find about 5 companies so far in administration after googling names, can probably find more given time if I could be bothered.

In regards to them only being "interim" people/board yes lookup MZI. There are very angry holders over there on their forum.
It looks like an "interim" ceo was put up on 500 grand a year , three months later it seems the company was in administration.

Re CDB "condor blanco mines" this one is a real interesting story. a horror trip actually.

Google says some of the people put up worked at these places, I'm just relaying information.

As for mrs Palleson it's a bold move , some would say gutsy. She's prepared to put her name up when others wouldn't or couldn't so kudos to her.
One would think if it went pear shaped and into administration it's career limiting as a chartered accountant.

Was there due diligence done?
Do they know these people?
LinkedIn profiles don't always have the full story perhaps .

It is curious Russell Hardwick pulled out , he looks to be from spi and bdc which look to be going well. Maybe too busy or something.
