Yes I did support the transition of the board at (BGS) MLL to the point I was one of the Requisitioning Members, and part of that involved sending a letter to every shareholder on the registry prior to voting, out lining what the RM's were proposing.
Just getting a group of shareholders together and serving a 249D on the company does not constitute a plan, hence why I asked what the proposed BOD were offering.

As for the reasons Raskin resigned, do you know first hand why he left?
Or are you just making an assumption?
