I may vote for McGregor Grant and Christine Emmanuel-Donnelly. That's in line with (and even in excess of) the weight of this ownership block and its fair representation in the board. This is also consistent with the experience and qualifications of these guys. The other two are no-no. No reason for an 8% holder to set four of the board members and I can not judge the intentions from the face.
Should think and do a bit of due dilligence on the two directors that should be let go to open seats for these two.
