I understand DA was not the shining light in the business that he could have been, I think(recommend) you could check your own sources on this and make your own conclusion. I think he said he was nearly 70 when asked if he wanted to be full time CEO. He indicated he did not want to spend the time or energy in a full time position. Maybe someone with a bit more longevity in the business might be more appropriate. It's going to be full on in the next decade.

Already in place is the pathway to challenge any claims disallowed prior to and after any policy change. Policy change is happening and as in your own research some of the policies are very accommodating.

We have had staff working on this for at least 4 years, they should have a rolex full of contacts by now and built up their own relationships.
I would like to think the processes are streamlined and any issued resolved or a clear pathway to resolution. lessons learnt and improvement actions etc.

One thing to keep in mind is do you want on your record(not that you would put that in your resume, but people will know) that you got voted off a board. Best to resign.

Share price up more, buying back what was sold the last 2 days.

For all the takeover specialists you'll get a higher price sooner than you thought. IMO The existing board would be TO trigger happy, easy exit strategy for them to retire on. As discussed, before I do not think the shareholders will let this happen.
I do not want this business to be taken over!!!
