Anndy, I think the results are in line with expectations and also waiting for FID. In my opinion development will line up with Iluka plant processing construction and startup timelines. The Chinese issue is not about finance for NTU. it is about control of the rare earths and what happens to them. It is a political issue and NTU happens to be at the centre of this issue. Using finance for economic and political control is a tool used by governments to exert influence in investment decisions in private as well as public ones. A country like China has a long term agenda and what is happening at NTU now is a good example of this behaviour in. my opinion.
