(Since) 17 April 2014, Norton has acquired a number of Bullabulling shares on market. To date, 2,257,570 Bullabulling shares have been acquired by Norton


Well that's an average of 100k a day. They've aquired in 3 weeks 0.7% of BGL. At that rate it'll take another 4 years before they reach 50%.

NGF have a big problem, they can't buy above 7c and it's clear few are prepared to sell at that low ball opportunistic offer. It's very likley imo few have or will accept the 7c offer.

NGF started with 6.6% and after 22 days are now at 7.3%, they will be very lucky imo to achieve 10%. If they are serious about getting just a decent (20 - 25%%) stake they simply have to up the offer 'substantially' more than 7c.
