I've been in EVS, I joined when ZZ became involved and sold out after a quick and tidy profit.
If ZZ has done something illegal which it definitely looks like at this stage then obviously he will not be able to continue on the board of any Australian company? That is not going to look good under any circumstances if that occurs.
Do your own research and assess your own risk. I hope EVS turns out a winner but for me I wouldn't want to have anything to do with it at this stage of the game. The risk of a drop is too great for my liking.
