At worst they should ban sending the small holders mail and force them to accept all correspondance via email - not sure if that's legal or not - that way the cost is close to zero. I remember years ago I held a small holding in St Francis mining - it changed it's name 4 times, I wrote them off in my head - but they came good about 7 years later! As an IT company I think....ah the dot com boom days. Davnet....One Tel....etc.
