    Will mean we will know what Twiggy will do in the next 4 weeks or so or when the price drops to 4.2c- he then needs to make his move.
    Or before.
    Or not at all, if he believes he has a big enough stake to manipulate the proceedings to his outcome (which from my perspective he is not there yet- with only 20% of the total shareholding)
