re: Ann: AFA: Notice to AIV for requisition o... Directors had changed the last CR due to threat of a 249d to not underwrite the CR. This essentially allowed ASF to increase their % holding - looks like that was a mistake.
If ASF have the votes, only way out of this for the directors is more dilution.
I really hope other species are watching what happens if you don't pay attention when using the placement rules,
A little pee'd off as when I saw ASF first on the register I emailed management and told them to watch out - if they don't have a backup plan will be expecting them to join the growing ranks of unemployed speccy directors. Maybe they can check out how GXN deals with 249ds :-)
ASF might also be doing a bit of scare mongering, trying to shake out a few more shares on market.
