re: Ann: AFA: Notice to AIV for requisition o... Looks like they want control of the board, sack 3 of 5 and replace with 1 giving them 2 of three, and no appointing any one else before the meeting or they get sacked too. Probably have enough proxies combined with their 42% to pull it off. I guess holders will find out soon enough what they want then.
