re: Ann: AFA: Notice to AIV for requisition o... Imagine control of the board would result in all further placements going to aligned holders. Then eventually they would hit the 90% without having to buy on market or even pay a decent price.
If they really want to push it along can easily issue 25%, call a GM to refresh it and then issue again...
