You could be correct and only time will tell. I think the more likely scenario is exactly as Hazer said, he has other itches to scratch.
The decision to raise now, using some of the funds to discharge the loan, keeping the balance to use for the company's further development following the successful CDP commissioning. The current SP holding above the RI price suggests that most investors support this scenario. It should also be noted that although the current SP has drifted recently, it's still well above the initial IPO price of .20
