One question I've never had satisfactorily answered is whether Hazer are getting the biogas feedstock free, or whether they are going to have to pay for it and if so how much. Given the biogas has a value, perhaps funds are required to "supporting the ongoing operational performance" until sale of hydrogen and graphite can be negotiated following its testing.
