Did any body really doubt , that the Board of MXC -- would not have a last minute plan to raise some cash from the expiring Options next week?
By arranging a Distributor announcement --(even though they have the right to cancel the arrangement --If the distributor --cannot arrange acreditation and approval by the US authorities over the next 5 weeks (30 Sept 2021 Clause).
If unable to get approval, acreditation and Trials completed and approved by US authorities --MXC can walk away -- and not the fault of the Board -- ut the failure of the Distributor.. (who will be paid a Fee of 10% ) --- to arrange acreditation???
In the mean time Share Price increases ( as now showing )-- Options are exercised by close 31st Aug deadline...by investors, Money in thecoffers -- Boards lifestyle expenses covered... and if the distributor cannot arrange approvals within the 5 weeks... all arrangements are cancelled-- and the Board has survived another day...
Take a Bow -- Brilliance at its best --- I never doubted them for a second.
