We are speculating here in some ways. But the way I see it, 12 months is a standard disti contract after which you typically negotiate your revenue split & other terms in case either party is not happy. If all hunky dory then you simply renew it.

If they can sell 10K in 12 months, I would be over the moon. But I honestly don't think they would estimate such high number for a new product in a new market no matter how bullish they felt for BUD product or market. To me, it's more like 2-3 year projection.
