1860 ---my thought is the conversion price is irrelevant to shareholders and only affect the note holders The conditions 25-35. % delta price already surpassed.If the notes don't convert automatically when they reach the above range then why have it ??
The market cap 832M includes the 121M cn (14.5% dilution) so is the $8.5M div for these added to the 200M in the bank or used to pay the coupon or just disappear
How do we know if any convertible notes have been converted. The announcement doesn't specify how many convertible notes have converted
If i was eligible for the $1.65 convertible note - the share price reached $2.50 - I'm sure with the conditions met and surpassed I think the 2.75% coupon as opposed to $.85 per share profit would be to greater temptation My question is, can this be happening and could this be the reason for our share price demise
