I just logged in and changed my vote from For to Against because either it was a:
- poor decision or
- a dodgy deal (e.g. in favour or SOL) or
- it will look like an ok deal in hindsight, HOWEVER they have not bothered to explain or justify the notes issue to us retail investors.
