If each dividend declared and paid by NHC is used to dilute the conversion price then I believe that a conversion price for a Note To Share will be of the order of $0.90 per share.
I assumed a fixed price of $3.50 per share from now till end of 2026.
I assumed a steady dividend of $0.30 per half year.
Using the formula the conversion price drops to a.
bout 80c.
At 90c , if assumptions are right , then some 220 million shares will be issued.
At $3.50 a share thats about $770 millions.
A capital profit before tax of $570 million.
Sorry ,i forgot to add,there is no capital gains tax in Singapore.
