    It would seem plausible that to meet the CRH deadline this entitlement offer is being rushed & is not meeting what would be normal & logical
    format & time frames for share holders to receive & understand their entitlement seek legal advice if required & raise the required funds .
    If this is as it appears -Directors should contact CRH requesting an extension .
