I think there's roughly 50 million OA's at 5 cents each resulting in 2.5 million dollars.
They just got 2 million dollars from Sandstorm. If payback ends up in the conversion to shares at 3.2 cents Sandstorm get 62.5 million shares.
I think Sandstorm will benefit most by having a low SP
