Interesting to see a Proxy Form arrived in the post today. At first it looked as though it came from NEON, name on the front,ACN number etc. Under the guise of a General Meeting on the 14/1/2015 under Section 249F of The Corporations Act it goes on to say, "The General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Western Australian Chinese Chamber of Commerce, 1304 Hay St, West Perth, Western Australia on Wednesday, 14 January 2015 at 9.30 am (WST)." I had some queries about the meeting so instead of ringing the "Convening shareholder" as suggested, I rang NEON and spoke with a Company representative re the mail out. NEON are aware of the tactic and are preparing a response. NEON shareholders do NOT be fooled into replacing our BoD,s as this mail out/ meeting attempts to do. DYOR as this is MHO only.
