Oscar, as champee just write, Patersons r aligned with Joanna. Why would the old man sell out to a company that would be against Joanna. Imo, merchants are making noise because they don't have the numbers and are trying to make them. If Joanna wins and 1pg continues down current path, I can see this dropping under 10c as her business model has been discredited by merchants.
