Wind the company up and they have almost doubled thier money ? MFM average buy in price would still be around 22 cents they would need SP to reach 44 cents to double thier investment in 1pg.So if they did get control and wind the company up and all SH got paid out MFM would be pretty much at break even so a lot of work for no cigar at the end of the day.Your post makes out that MFM will just be intitled to the whole 34 million.They have been buying at 18.5-21.5 recently why would they be happy to wind the company up and recover maybe 19c per share by the time it took to shut shop makes not a lot of sense.If that was thier aim better off just selling at a loss now and move on.
