I see it as quite a timely occurrence that Dad sold out! It will be a long hard road if Merch get what they want, want business are they going to buy? Is it within the tech sector? Are they gong for established business with current earnings or greenfield opportunities?

They themselves are being opportunistic with current low sentiment by the market but a war chest of cash to play with, this is where holders must ask what is best for themselves and who has their best interests at heart, it's not like Merch have been hanging around as sub holders for ages and finally said enough is enough, no they only became sub holders recently!

Joanna et al need to come clean with the market and lay it all out for everyone to see, is the current model viable and are sales really picking up with Source 3.0 gaining momentum and breaking open opportunities or is it really just pushing s#it up hill and will never really turn into something that will reward holders?!!?

Only then will holders know if it's and opportunistic play by Merch or that their fears are well founded that good after bad is being thrown at a model that will never work!
