    If they purchased a company for $10m, it would be a business that is earnings accretive from day one with a NTAB of similar given what they would be looking for.

    So cash backing is very important as a valuing metric, particularly in the absence of any debt at all.

    It becomes even more relevant in a scenario such as the one we are witnessing now.
