MFM will have to build a big stake here if they want to have a chance of winning the votes.Meeting will be mid feb 17 at the earliest.What do PetersonHK think of this only days after becoming a substantial holder in 1pg would be annoyed I think investing in a company only to find out another holder is trying to change its operations.If MFM are successful be prepared for the long suspension and name change that comes with such move more uncertainty.Personally think SP will now be stuck at this price until the outcome is known.
