And no, I am sure the Peterson move is not coincidental and by extension, nor is Peter selling down his holding to create liquidity to another cornerstone investor backing the change in direction of the business. Keep in mind he got quite a premium over the MP.

"The board" have voted against this move to date, I would suggest Joanna did not vote this way and is very well aware of the game plan and I'm certain they already have another business ready to drop into this pile of cash. She after all is going to be retained post the boardroom flush out.

These guys are serious players and good luck to those who oppose them.

How much do you think they could sell the current 1pg business model for ? They wouldn't just pull the plug and take the cash it would have to be worth something? 20 million+34 million cash on hand.Walk away with 54 million now that would be a good result.
