they could just invest in frikkin lithium exploration or something like i suggested a while back
or like a certain other company I hold which has been full of cash for years and just decided to delist, naturally SP went through floor, so they take holder shares at a discount, or leave them with very minor ownership of a non-listed entity.

perhaps someone will buy 1PG IP and existing operation? whats the EV without cash? A million or 2?
