Agreed, everyone is talking about cash in bank. Do we just ignore the Fortune 500 companies and the 300 million people in the database, not to mention the software and goodwill built into the growth, albeit slow. What happens if we achieve another 400% growth q on q next quarter. Ignoring the cash what is one pages assets worth. Their must be value in the database and software.

I own quite a few shares. I would vote in favour of the restructure. Don't have much to loose, but what about Joanna? This is her little baby and after listening to her talk several times, she is a believer in the current model. She might vote for the new board members but she won't be voting to sell off her database and software. ,
