Notice to Requisition Meeting
Central Petroleum Limited (“Central”) advises that it has received notices under sections
203D, 249D and 249P of the Corporations Act 2001(Cth) (“Corporations Act”) from shareholders holding 5.04% of Central shares. The s249D notice (“Notice”) requests Central’s directors convene a general meeting to vote on three resolutions to replace three of Central’s four directors, being Robert Hubbard (chairman) to be replaced by Colin Robert Goodall, Wrixon Frank Gasteen (non-executive director) to be replaced by Nick Bolkus and Peter Moore (non-executive director) to be replaced by Stuart Francis James Howes. The s249P statement will be reviewed and disclosed as required by the Corporations Act. The shareholders that have requisitioned the general meeting, as provided to Central, are listed inthe attachment to this announcement.

Central’s directors will undertake the necessary steps, to the extent required, to convene a
general meeting in accordance with the Corporations Act and Central’s Constitution.
