Companies like this expect no negative reports from auditors or they wont get hired again. Unfortunately this is common practice with many spec companies. As the saying goes, DYOR but in your case, I'd highly reccomend you invest in acquiring knowledge rather than the stockmarket. Learn about the common traps most people fall for. Also buy on the up and sell on the down trend is less risky.
