    I would not touch this company with a barge pole, even if they had 100 mil cash sitting in the bank.

    They have raised many hundreds of millions of dollars from shareholders over the years, and all of it went to failed projects, vulture funds and management.

    Even if they scrape up some cash for their next project, how will it be different from all the others?
