    I feel for you @wllm. I have been reading similar stories in the POH and FFT threads after those two companies blew up. We can only hope that the NXE board gets what it deserves in the end, because it appears unlikely that ASIC or the ASX is going to do anything.

    Talking of the ASX has anyone put in an official complaint about the lack of disclosure of the Tranche 2b to the market?
