This is hilarious.
A few of us said at the time it was obvious the Company was not getting anymore money from Arena as evidenced by their scramble to raise other funds but it was all secret squirrel stuff.
Then when Arena made their claim, NXE made a point of saying they would pay it with cash (ie - no conversion) however they were to dispute the interest payment.
Now - they are disputing the lot and want a payout
Love it - perhaps this is a delaying tactic as negotiations to raise more funds while trying to retain some share of the assets might be getting a bit difficult
