If you google Arena investments it takes you to the companies page if you then go to the tab about news and scroll down you will find the Proactive Investor story. Now they may think that they are owed $5 mill right here right now but a story that they still have on their web page states that the penalty clauses have been waved and the money is due back 2019 and 2020 and that payment can be made in script. If this is not the case then they should remove this misinformation from their web site.
