Wouldn't be surprised if they pay out more than that...they had cash on their books since December, some of which I assume was outside the swap....they get a 1% fee on any payments - nice incentive to pay out more! But, to be conservative, 50 cents is fair.
Many redemptions appear to be well underway, thus expecting the capital volatility to subside significantly, other than due to A$ which is now unhedged. Thus, I would attach a lower risk on future cash flows, yet obviously can't say that with confidence given lack of transparency. Must admit, transparency has improved with the new RE and manager, yet still has some way to go IMO.
Re EAIT NTA, you can get it off the website www.everest.com.au, yet April not out yet. Will put it up on HC when I get it.
