Yes it will be 50 to 1 but at 20 cents not 2 cents so in effect 5 to 1

This was worked out by the creditors and not by any former or present directors, in fact I don't think there are any present directors.

Part of the deal is to help the listing process, and seeing they are getting a good deal I hope they earn it.

The lithium hard rock tenements are in extremely good locations, look at GXY (Mt Catlin) and PLS, ALT and more at Pilangoora announcements, I have had a bit of experience with these.

The South Australian tenements have attracted signed agreements from Oz Minerals so these are all fair dinkum, if not for the ARK involvement and an IPO instead of RTO the prospectus could well have been open by now.

But there is a bit of backing already but there must be an ARK meeting first, which is a formality that happens on 5th Dec, must give a months notice.
